Remedy and Heart & Vascular Partners Expand Partnership with New Project in Oklahoma City
OKLAHOMA CITY — Remedy Medical Properties today announced the start of construction on the Quail Springs CardioVascular Health Clinic Expansion, a 23,680-square-foot, 100 percent pre-leased medical outpatient building (MOB) development for CardioVascular Health Clinic, a subsidiary of Heart and Vascular Partners (HVP).
The new facility is being developed at 3150 Quail Springs Parkway, adjacent to Remedy’s existing 3200 Quail Springs Parkway property. The location is approximately 10 miles north of downtown Oklahoma City in the Quail Springs submarket, anchored by Quail Springs Mall. The site is surrounded by retail, dining, office, and medical uses and offers strong visibility on Quail Springs Parkway with direct access to the Kilpatrick Turnpike.
CardioVascular Health Clinic, the sole tenant at the existing property, will expand its non-invasive diagnostic testing center, which will include ultrasound, nuclear stress testing, PET CT and vein procedures. The project is expected to reach substantial completion in August 2026.
This is Remedy’s second project for HVP, following the 2024 groundbreaking of a 35,000-square-foot, two-story facility for Colorado Springs Cardiology.
