Remedy Medical Properties Expands Southern California Leasing Team with New Hires

Remedy Medical Properties (“Remedy”) announced today the addition of Joe Zurek and Caitlin Dolan to its Southern California leasing team, expanding the firm’s presence across the region.

Zurek joins Remedy as Vice President from Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as a Director with the National Healthcare Advisory Practice. In this role, he completed over $1 billion in lease and sale transactions. Zurek holds a Master of Real Estate degree from the University of San Diego and earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Business Law from Arizona State University.

Dolan joins Remedy as an Associate on the Southern California leasing team. Most recently, she was with The McGarey Group, where she executed national leasing strategies for retail and mixed-use portfolios. She brings a background in landlord representation and will support leasing activity and continued portfolio growth across the region.
