The 35,000-square-foot medical office building and ambulatory surgery center will feature the area’s first standalone catheterization lab
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO and CHICAGO, November 21, 2024 – A partnership of Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate, together the nation’s largest private owners of healthcare real estate, and Heart & Vascular Partners (HVP) broke ground November 18 for a new 35,000-square-foot medical office building (MOB) and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in the fast-growing InterQuest commercial district on Colorado Springs’ north side.
The new two-story building is located at 10600 White Diamond Point, less than a five-minute drive from two area hospitals. Colorado Springs Cardiology will be the tenant and operator upon completion, which is slated for November 2025.

The new build-to-suit facility will feature a 17,500-square-foot ASC on the first floor, as well as the first standalone catheterization laboratory in Colorado Springs, with two cath labs and expansion space to add one more. The second floor will house a clinic, imaging services and offices. The 3.11-acre site will include 161 parking spaces. The project development team includes architect E4H Environments for Health and contractor Flintco Construction.
