Evan Clark

Evan manages Remedy’s leasing efforts for the South Central Region of the United States, covering Oklahoma and Texas. He is primarily responsible for maintaining and growing tenant occupancy, managing lease negotiations, and nurturing tenant/broker relationships. Evan has been in the healthcare real estate industry his entire career, with experience in several industry verticals including leasing, development, and corporate services. He has successfully negotiated over 3 million square feet of leasing transactions in medical office, ambulatory surgery, and imaging centers. Prior to joining Remedy, Evan was a transaction management director on the Baylor Scott & White Health account at CBRE.
