Remedy Medical Properties Acquires Long Ridge MedicalCenter
Stamford, CT — Remedy Medical Properties (“Remedy”) has acquired Long Ridge Medical Center, a 197,000-square-foot Class-A medical outpatient building that is currently 81% leased.
Building tenants include Stamford Health and Yale New Haven Health / Greenwich Hospital, along with specialty providers across dermatology, fertility, endocrinology, nephrology, radiology, oncology, imaging, rheumatology, and lab services.
Yale New Haven Health is the largest health system in Connecticut. Stamford Health, ranked #1 by U.S. News & World Report in its patient service area, operates its largest off-campus outpatient care center at the property.
The building was converted from office to medical use following a full renovation in 2016, including a new roof, updated mechanical systems, modernized elevators, improvements to the façade and common areas, and on-site parking.
The property is centrally located between I-95 and the Merritt Parkway along the Long Ridge Road corridor, a primary access route for the surrounding patient population. Adjacent to the property, Mozaic Concierge Living, a senior living facility currently under development, is expected to open in 2027.
“This is a well-located outpatient asset with established health system tenants and a diverse provider mix,” said Joe Magliochetti, Chief Investment Officer at Remedy Medical Properties. “The property serves a dense and growing patient population and aligns with our focus on outpatient care delivery.”
